Prices vary from EUR 400 to EUR 900 Euro per week according to the type of dwelling and the season.
They include daily cleaning, a twice-weekly change of household linen and sheets, and access to all the estate’s infrastructures.
Sale
As we are the owners and we rent without intermediaries, the prices are net of any commission.
Certain weeks are for sale from EUR 2,500 according to the type of dwelling and the season.
Dwellings
We propose 3 types of flats for weekly rental:
T1: 50m² 2/4 people, 1 double bed room + divan in the living room, super fitted kitchen (microwave, vitro-ceramic hotplate, dishwasher), bathroom (bath-tub/shower), terrace on first floor or garden at ground floor.
T2: 75m² 4/6 people, 2 double bedrooms + divan in the living room, super fitted kitchen (microwave, vitro-ceramic hotplate, dishwasher), 2 bathrooms (bath-tub/shower), terrace on first floor or garden at ground floor.
T3: 175m² 6/8 people, 3 double bedrooms + divan in the living room, super fitted kitchen (microwave, vitro-ceramic hotplate, dishwasher), 2 bathrooms (bath-tub/shower), duplex with terrace on first floor and garden at ground floor.
All dwellings are equipped with air-conditioning.
